OUR COMMITMENT
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
THE STANDARD WE FOLLOW
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These are the internationally recognised guidelines for making web content accessible. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, and we check our pages as we add or change them.
WHAT WE DO
Our website is designed with readable text sizes and strong contrast between text and background. Pages can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and links and buttons have clear labels. Images that carry meaning have text descriptions for screen readers, and headings are structured so that pages are easy to follow. Where we use video, we aim to provide captions or a written alternative.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
We are still improving, and some parts of our site may not yet work as well as we want. Some older images or videos may be missing descriptions or captions. Certain animated or scrolling elements may be hard to use with assistive technology. Content provided by third parties, such as embedded videos or social media feeds, may not fully meet accessibility standards, and we do not control it. We are working to fix these issues and will update this statement as we do.
TELL US ABOUT A PROBLEM
If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please tell us. Let us know which page you were on, what went wrong, and the device or assistive technology you were using, if you can. We will reply within [3 working days] and work with you to give you the information or help you need.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENT
We review our website regularly and test it as we make updates. We also welcome feedback, because the people who use our site often find things we miss.
